Fatty’s Fish Shack is proud to introduce our Chef Harry McLaughlin who was brought out of retirement just for our Palm Harbor establishment.
Chef Harry graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. His decades of expert skills were shown both locally and worldwide. As a local Floridian, he traveled with his talents to Innisbrook Golf & Spa Resort and many Disney World Parks in Florida.
